The Prestige
Now this is how you keep interest in a film! After delivering one cool trailer for The Prestige back in the middle of July, Touchstone Pictures returns again and delivers a second trailer that is different but just as cool.
The Prestige Trailer
The first trailer was an amazing introduction to the film. Fans already know that Bale and Jackman are badass, so the trailer concentrated on explaining a magical act through the use of Michael Caine's narration. Brilliant, and enough to keep fans wanting more.
Now we have the second trailer and it gives a fair share of attention to all the cast including Jackman, Bale, Johansson and Caine. Along with the added attention to the characters, the trailer also introduces more of the film and hints throughout its entire running time that The Prestige is going to have a twist or eight.
Not that Touchstone really needed to deliver anything more considering that Jackman and Bale's cool factor are enough to draw in interest from all types of moviegoers.
For a little extra panache, the trailer comes full of cool morphing text as well. Nice touch!
