Jackass: Number Two is a masterpiece. They’ve topped themselves and crafted a perfect hour and a half of pure comedy.
Jackass: Number Two Review
There’s not much I can say about it short of listing all the awesome stunts and gags in the film. It is more outrageous than the first movie. If paper cuts made you cringe, wait until you see the fish hook or the leech.
The stunts and pranks build with true comic rhythm. Beehive limo and Terror Taxi are so elaborate, pulling them off required more talent than most narrative screenplays.
Thematic gags are well spaced throughout the movie. Bulls keep coming up at consistent intervals. There really is a method to putting it all together.
It’s funny because it’s not you. I certainly would be afraid to hang out with these guys but I love watching their antics. I haven’t laughed this hard all year. There are so many pretentious movies out there, Jackass: Number Two is just funny.
