Casino Royale
Though I had LOST Tivo'd in order to avoid commercials,
I did take a second to stop fast-forwarding when I saw the first TV spot
for Casino
Royale appear. Featuring not a single new that we haven't either
seen in the teaser or feature trailer, the TV spot still gets it done for
those who don't pay attention to these things.
Casino Royale TV Spot
Now that Columbia Pictures has shown the LOST
crowd the Casino Royale TV spot, they may want to move
onto the Heroes crowd next. The show is (so far) making a killing
in the ratings and seems to have a pretty die hard fanbase. These type of
viewers should most likely dig the Bond franchise.
The TV spot, however, is made more for those who have yet to see either
of the trailers. Instead of showing anything new worth talking about, Columbia
Pictures just compressed the feature trailer into a thirty second free-for-all.
I guess they decided fitting any of Eva Green's curves into a TV trailer
was not the way to go this time.
