Not that Picturehouse needs to do anything more for their upcoming film Pan's Labyrinth to prove it is the cat's pajamas, but the new feature trailer should pick up some of the moviegoers out there living under a rock.
Pan's Labyrinth Feature Trailer
Every screening, report, review and piece of buzz to come out of each appearance of Pan's Labyrinth has been unbelievably positive. Viewers claim that we will cry or at least by mystified by this Guillermo del Toro film.
Pan's Labyrinth is a fanciful and chilling story set against the backdrop of a fascist regime in 1944 rural Spain. The film centers on Ofelia, a lonely and dreamy child living with her mother and adoptive father; a military officer tasked with ridding the area of rebels. In her loneliness, Ofelia creates a world filled with fantastical creatures and secret destinies. With post-war repression at its height, Ofelia must come to terms with her world through a fable of her own creation.
Unlike all the previous trailers for the film, this feature trailer has a full American narrator that gives another take on Labyrinth's story.
Figure I might as well remind you that it was this film that received a 22- minute standing ovation after its run in Cannes.

Pan's Labyrinth has a limited release on December 29th.
