Rachel Bilson
Rachel Bilson continues to expand upon her film career and, with pictures like the one to the right, we can't really say we mind. This OC girl has got the goods.
Rachel Bilson for Jumper
According to Variety, Rachel Bilson has stepped in for Teresa Palmer in the upcoming sci-fi adventure Jumper. Fox had Palmer drop out when the role was reconceived as a 25-year-old woman instead of a 20-year-old.
This move represents the second switch 20th Century Fox has had to do for the project with Hayden Christensen's replacement of Tom Sturridge last August.
Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Bell also star in the film, which is currently in production over in Toronto.
Fox is hoping Jumper to kick off the next trilogy, with Doug Liman behind the camera and Mr & Mrs Smith producers Lucas Foster and Simon Kinberg on board.
Based on the 1992 Steven Gould novel, Jumper follows a young man from a broken home who discovers he has the ability to teleport. In his quest for the man he believes responsible for the death of his mother, he draws the attention of the National Security Agency and another young man with the same abilities.
David Goyer wrote the original screenplay, which has now been rewritten by both Jim Uhls and Kinberg.
Bilson was last seen with Zach Braff in The Last Kiss.
