Hot Fuzz
About a month ago we were provided a link to the Focus Preview Trailer that featured tons of their current releases and upcoming films. One such film that made the cut was Edgar Wright's Hot Fuzz. Unfortunately for us, Focus quickly removed the link once it became public; boo!
But, wait a sec, two teaser trailers have now appeared on the official Rogue website; yay!
Hot Fuzz Teaser Trailers
The eagerly anticipated second feature from the co-creators of 2004's award-winning sleeper hit Shaun of the Dead is a contemporary action comedy. Police officer Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) is London's top cop. This tough law enforcer is good at his job - so good, in fact, that he makes his colleagues look bad. As a result, his superiors "promote" him to the village of Sandford, where all is garden parties and neighborhood watch meetings. Partnered with Danny Butterman (Nick Frost), an oafish but well-meaning young local cop, Angel struggles to adapt. But he just can't...until a series of grisly "accidents" indicates that foul play is afoot. Suddenly, this seemingly idyllic town is a case that Angel has to crack - hard.
As expected from Wright, Pegg and Frost, the teaser trailers for Hot Fuzz make the film look hilarious.
You can check out the flash version on the Rogue homepage. To get to the quicktime and windows media versions you have to click 'Hot Fuzz' on Featured Movies, and then 'View Media.' Two thumbnails for the teasers should appear to your right.
Update: Streaming feeds now available! Go to the film's movie page (below) to check them out.
