Underworld Evolution is the continuing story of Selene [Kate Beckinsale],
the hottie vampire I wouldn't mind biting me, and Michael [Scott Speedman],
the half vampire half lycan. While preparing for future conflicts, the two
try to discover the true bloodlines for vampires and lycans. I assumed this
would mean a lot of flash backs to pre-Saline days [such as in the original],
showing the ancient feud between vampires and lycans begin and grow. With
all the first movie stills released for Underworld Evolution, it
seems that my guess was correct; all of the movie stills, as far as I can
tell, are from flashbacks that will show off some nice sets with ancient
battles.
One thing for certain, Bill Nighy is definitely back as Viktor
[who was killed at the end of the Underworld].
Bill Nighy fits the role of head vampire perfectly. Especially since
these vampires lived during Lord of the Rings.
