Just in case you missed it, all of the footage shown in the "Announcement Trailer" for Transformers
was for the trailer only and will not appear in the film. Some moviegoers have gotten the idea of 'announcement trailer' and 'teaser trailer' confused. The next trailer for Transformers will NOT be a feature trailer but rather the teaser trailer; a trailer that will show footage from the actual film.
Transformers Details Revealed
The users over at shootfortheedit have been discussing the upcoming teaser trailer for Transformers and have begun doing what fans love to do for highly anticipated films -- guess which film the next trailer will be canned with.
Their predictions? Eragon and Casino Royale both got a couple big mentions. Eragon seems more likely than Casino Royale considering the timing of its release (December) and the fact that Casino Royale already has the Spider-Man 3 trailer attached to it.
The film is still a ways out, so Paramount/DreamWorks has yet to feel the crunch of getting a trailer out in any sort of window. Though only a teaser will grace us with its presense before 2006 closes out, expect it to have enough footage to keep fans happy... or drooling for more.
