Lindsay Lohan has been a busy lady of late. The actress is building her upcoming film slate with what seems to be a new casting announcement every week. Lohan has joined Knightley in The Best Time of Our Lives, discovered a taste for teardrop diamonds, and will now try her hand at a thriller.
Lindsay Lohan for I Know Who Killed Me
Surprisingly enough, I Know Who Killed Me tells the story of childhood sweethearts who end up finally falling in love just before one gets married. OK, OK, with titles like I Know Who Killed Me the story can only be in one or two genres.
Though she has picked up a few new projects of recent, Lindsay Lohan has set the thriller as the top project on her to-do list.
Chris Siverston will direct.
Working off a screenplay by Jeff Hammond, Lohan will play Aubrey Jordan, who is abducted and tortured by a serial killer. Once it's thought she's been rescued, she claims she is a different person and tries to convince everyone that Aubrey is still in danger.
Umm, what? Is there such thing as a 'confusing' genre?
Production on I Know Who Killed Me begins next month.
