We have yet to confirm whether the poster is official or not, but it sure does look legit.
Update: For those of you who thought this poster may have looked familiar, there is a reason. 'Chris' gave us the heads up that this poster is indeed fake, and was a manipulation of a graphic from Spider-Man 2. Damn nice work.
