Not a single poster or still, but Warner Bros is far enough along with the holiday comedy Fred Claus to crank out a trailer. Now, I know what you are thinking, "Ryan, but the holidays are here." Yeah, I get it, but this film isn't due out until November, 2007.
Teaser Trailer: Fred Claus
Though we would expect a teaser trailer a year in advance for the biggest-of-big-budget films, to have one so early for a comedy such as this is rare. Not that I'm complaining, as I have dreamed of seeing Vince Vaughn re-team with Wedding Crashers helmer David Dobkin.
But where the heck is ' Owen Wilson? Though that might deter some, Paul Giamatti can play any role seamlessly. Take a look at him as Santa Claus, brilliant!

Though there is no official synopsis for Fred Claus, the trailer suggests that Fred (Vince Vaughn) is Santa Claus' (Paul Giamatti) disgruntled brother who has been on the outs with the Claus family for some time. Due to some turn of events, Fred must return to the North Pole.
The only thing that sucks about the first trailer for Fred Claus is that it only comes in flash.
Fred Claus opens to theatres on November 9th, 2007.
