MGM has released the first trailer for Black Christmas and one can't help but dig the blinking lights, the Nutcracker theme, the ladies and "Silent Night."

In Black Christmas a sorority house is terrorized by a killer who makes frightening telephone calls before murdering the sorority sisters during the Christmas break.
I am not much of a horror buff, but this film looks pretty damn cool. The whole Christmas meets horror element really works, creating one of the most colorful murderers since the clown in IT.
The only thing I can't get straight is why this creepy-sounding dude likes killing people. Does he use their flesh to make human jerky? A tasty holiday treat?
Besides looking cool, being stuck with a group of horny (I'm assuming) sorority girls over the holidays doesn't sound all that bad.
