Eragon
With the arrival of December also means the arrival of Brom, Saphira, Arya, Galbatorix and Eragon! Fox has been up and down on convincing us that the film will actually be the 'next great fantasy,' but they still have a few weeks left to prove the film's worth.
To close out November, Fox has released six new TV spots for the film (listed below).
Eragon TV Spots
"The sands of time cannot be stopped. Years pass whether we will them or not... but we can remember. What has been lost may yet live on in memories. That which you will hear is imperfect and fragmented, yet treasure it, for without you it does not exist. I give you now a memory that has been forgotten, hidden in the dreamy haze that lies behind us..." -Brom the Storyteller
The new set of TV spots for Eragon feature quite a few new scenes from the film, different narration, and, as expected, lots of dragon.
The only troubling aspect is that each spot ends with "This Film is Not Yet Rated," which basically means that this film is not quite done. Three weeks to go and no MPAA rating just yet? Well, let's at least pray for PG-13.
Though the last new spot has weak music and silly font, it does feature the most new footage and possibly the first time we hear Saphira speak telepathically.
