Silver Surfer
We have received a couple new updates for 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Though we had expected the first treaser trailer by the release of Eragon on the fifteenth, it looks like we might have to wait another week. Sucks, but Fox has made up for it with a new behind the scenes clip.
Trailer & Clip Update: Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
According to f4movies, Fox may not have the teaser trailer for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer available in time for December 15th. The site remains optimistic on the trailer's quality however.
According to a source close to production, the teaser trailer debut for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer could very likely be delayed. It's possible that although the trailer may not be completed in time for it to be attached to Eragon, Fox will still be able to get the trailer out in December, paired with Night at the Museum on December 22nd - a date only one week later than currently expected.
If these details are indeed true, it is our belief that Fox wants to really tweak the trailer so that when it hits theaters, people won't be able to stop talking about it.
Since the first FF was just 'ehh', this would be a nice start for the sequel.
Thanks to 'Cesar' for the heads up.
Though you may have to wait an additional week for the teaser, Fox has delivered a new behind-the-scenes clip for FF2 and it looks pretty sweet. It is also nice to hear Tim Story say that the sequel will have three times as much action as the first installment. More action? Silver Surfer? Dig it!
