After an official preview for the film earlier today,
Paramount has gone one step further by releasing the first trailer for Shooter.

When you have a story about a guy wielding a sniper
rifle, the film could be a major hit or miss. Fortunately for us (and for
Paramount), Shooter does look like one heck of a flick. In a mix between
The Hunted, US Marshalls and Training
Day, Shooter delivers what looks to be an impressive story with
an equally impressive sniper rifle. Mark Wahlberg was made for roles requiring
him to be armed, so his character is an easy fit.
I also have to throw extra kudos for having the very-attractive Kate Mara
as Wahlberg's lady. Yum!
