Casino Royale
The holiday weekend has helped Casino Royale accrue another $14.5 million overseas and become only one of four films to gross over $300 million in 2006. Even better than that, the film with lead man Daniel Craig is the largest grossing Bond film to date.
Casino Royale Breaks Worldwide Box Office Record
With the addition of the holiday weekend, Casino Royale's foreign total, $304.4 million, has given the film the title of 41st biggest international film of all time; according to box office numbers.
Add in the domestic take of $144 million and Casino Royale does $17 million better than Die Another Day, the previous top Bond performer and the film to beat.
A $448 worldwide take so far? And who said Daniel Craig would suck as the new Bond?
