with cartoon style comedy; all with a pleasing effect. In Steven Chow's
latest film, Kung Fu
Hustle, he continues to improve upon and work his magic.

is about a guy named Sing, who wants to be a ruthless gangster and join
the local Axe Gang. Sing, at first, does not have the skills and is not
worthy to join the gang. However, after several encounters with various
opponents, Sing realizes that he is the greatest kung fu master and it is
up to him to protect the streets; instead of corrupt them.
