I think she is letting the Razzie get to her head.
According to the Halle Berry fan site, Hallewood,
Halle Berry has announced that she does hope to play a part in the next
X-Men
movie. However, she has been extremely vocal on her conditions [which are
not too big]. The lady, now a Razzie winner, wants more screen time in the
upcoming X-Men film, or she's out.
Ok, ok, we have all heard Halle threaten this a hundred times. However,
her latest statement claims that the next X-Men film will be the
LAST X-Men film. What the?
No More X-Men?
Basically, Halle Berry states that she wants to
play the role of Storm again-- especially since it is the last X-Men
movie. Now, since nothing has been announced, I do not know if this was
an intentional slip or what. Here is a little of what she had to say:
I have not read the script. All I asked is
that if I come back Storm needs more to do. So, if they have in fact written
her closer to the comic book, then I'm in ...if not then I'm out. I hope
I'm in though. I love Storm and really want to be a part of the last
film...
While I am hoping that this is not the case, lets just hope Bryan Singer
finishes up Superman
Returns quickly and will come back as a white knight to
save what looks like a dying series.
