I think I have said this the last few times I have
talked about The
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy... and I'm going to say
it again. Now that I have read the novel by Douglas Adams, I am extremely
hopeful for a very good sci-fi movie. Now, if we look back, the earliest
reviews for the film were EXTREMELY positive [and the peasants rejoiced
'yay']. Now, with the film approaching release, we have received a couple
negative reviews. However, the reviews have been limited, and I, like others,
are praying that those were only a fluke.
But, to get you in better spirits for the film, how about three new behind-the-scenes
featurettes for The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy!
Hitchhiker's Guide Clips
I found the clips to actually be humorous and a
little breath of fresh air. The crew, including Warwick Davis, talk about
the various problems they encountered when trying to film The Hitchhiker's
Guide and attempt to make this highly anticipated story come to the big
screen. Whether they got it to come to the big screen successfully remains
to be known.
I loved Galaxy Quest [a giant spoof on Star Trek, which
also starred Sam Rockwell] so I am hoping that I should love The Hitchhiker's
Guide to the Galaxy too.
