The upcoming indie comedy The Winning Season is off to a great start. Not only is James Strouse onboard to write and direct, but it is now being reported that Sam Rockwell, Emma Roberts and Rob Corddry will star.
James Strouse to Direct The Winning Season
The Winning Season tracks a divorced, down-on-his-luck coach (Rockwell) who makes a bid for redemption by coaching his daughter's team.
Though he has his cast, James Strouse is going to have to hurry on that script. With Plum Pictures ready to start, the film will being production next month in the New York area.
