I don't know how to take this rumor, it is from The Sun after all, but 'PotterFan' seems pretty excited about the news.
Though no confirmations or hints have been given by JK Rowling on the possible title for the seventh Harry Potter book, there are a few clues at the patent office.
Harry Potter Book 7 Title Is...
'PotterFan' recently sent over this report that was supposedly taken from The Sun. The report claims that the next Harry Potter could either be titled Harry Potter and the Parseltongue Trophy or Harry Potter and the Great Revelation.
The Sun may have solved one of the biggest Harry Potter mysteries -- the title of the final novel.
We have discovered the seventh book in the series penned by JK Rowling is likely to be entitled Harry Potter and the Parseltongue Trophy or Harry Potter and the Great Revelation.
Those two titles have been secretly registered as trademarks at the Patent Office. They were registered two years ago on the same day as Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
A source at the patent office said last night: "Future titles are registered as trademarks to stop anyone from cashing in on the Potter brand."
Could one of these titles be destined for the seventh Harry Potter book? I would say odds are 5 to 1.
Any confirmation on this report would be appreciated (we have had none yet).
