CanMag will be turning a whopping two years old this September 16th and our goal was to hit 5,000 updates before then. Well, if you look at the number of this 'article', it would seem that we are already there. OK, OK, the number may say we are there but we still have about forty to go before actually hitting that many articles in total; but who the hell says we can't celebrate anyway?
I am off to a wedding in Denver tomorrow and was hoping we'd hit 5,000 before I left; so thank goodness we did.
So what does this mean? Probably nothing, but we would have never thought 5,000 was a possible number two years ago. Hell, we were excited about having any readers at all.
CanMag Hits 5,000
September has so far been a crap month. Labor Day was good personally, but the internet world has been slow to pick up now that the students are back in school. The news was rolling in at such a slow rate that, for a while, I thought we weren't even going to hit the 5,000 mark until after CanMag turned two.
Fortunately for us, we have huge imaginations and have been cranking news articles of less-than-newsworthy material. Just kidding, but it has been pretty damn slow in the movie business. Come on! Give us something! Where the hell is that Eragon trailer for crap's sake!
Alright, alright, I am done ranting. When we do turn two years old on September 16th expect another update with some special thanks to give out. Hot damn, I can't believe we have come so far. But who do we owe this to?
