Ed Helms
While I don't think they ever help the case of marijuana legalization in California, I can't help but get excited about stoner comedies. The latest installment to the genre comes in the form of Paramount's Jeff Who Lives at Home -- I know, fitting title -- and the two leads couldn't be more perfect with Jason Segel and Ed Helms.
Ed Helms, Jason Segel for Jeff Who Lives at Home
Written and directed by the Duplass brothers, Jeff Who Lives at Home chronicles a day in the life of two brothers, one a loser (Segel) who lives at home and the other (Helms) more together but overbearing.
Paramount is currently in talks with Judy Greer to plays Helms' wife as they also continue to search out somebody to play the mother. Filming is set to begin next month in Louisiana.
Helms has been on a bit of a roll lately after striking gold in The Hangover and has since wrapped Fox Searchlight's Cedar Rapids and is currently attached to star in Universal's Central Intelligence.
