The tricky part about LOST is the fact that if you miss a couple shows as a viewer, you become lost as well. Add in the fact that a good chunk of the show's audience gave up on the series halfway through Season 2, and now ABC has a problem. Viewers just can't step in mid-season without some knowledge of what has happened, so ABC is offering a refresher course.

How long does it take to recap the last three season of LOST? Eight minutes and fifteen seconds. Number sound familiar? It should, as it was Oceanic Flight 815 that crashed on the island in the first place.
Since Season Two felt like more filler than actual progress in the show's plot, I'm sure that segment only shares a single minute of the eight. Or did I miss something the first time around?
