Quick update coming your way for Miracle at St. Anna. While talking to Spike Lee about She's Gotta Have It, Blackfilm has learned that Naomi Campbell had to pull out of St. Anna and has quickly been replaced by the always beautiful Kerry Washington.

Turns out Washington and Lee have a history, as the actress co-starred with Anthony Mackie in Lee's She Hate Me.
Miracle at St. Anna follows four African-American Buffalo soldiers of the 92nd Infantry Division who get trapped in a small Tuscan village on the Gothic Line during the Italian Campaign of World War II. The film deals with the massacre of Sant'Anna di Stazzema perpetrated by the Nazis in retaliation to Italian partisan activity.
