Thornton and Wilkinson will come aboard as CEOs of rival pharmaceutical companies racing to corner the market on an innovation that will bring wild profits. Roberts and Owen play corporate spies who try to manipulate which corporation will win.

Ahha! Tony Gilroy is directing it! Gilroy last worked with Wilkinson on Michael Clayton, a production that earned Wilkinson an Oscar nomination.
Thornton recently wrapped The Informers and is filming the D.J. Caruso-directed drama Eagle Eye for DreamWorks. Once that wraps he will immediately move over to Duplicity.
