Though quite a few superheroes found themselves being spoofed in Meet the Spartans, it turns out that there is still room for a more targeted parody.

Last time I discussed Meet the Spartans I pointed out that today's parodies just aren't targeted enough. Take the use of Paris Hilton for example. Why the hell must there be a character created after her in every parody? What does she have to do with the genres being spoofed?
Nothing.
Going back to the way things used to be, Dimension Films is serving up Superhero Movie, a spoof that puts Spider-Man directly in its sights.
