Ever since watching him terrorize whores in HBO's Deadwood, I have had a small phobia of Garret Dillahunt. The crazy part is - I love his characters. Last seen in a sheriff's uniform for No Country for Old Men, Dillahunt has been picked up for the remake of Wes Craven's Last House on the Left.
Garret Dillahunt for Last House on the Left
Dillahunt has been cast to play the thug Krug in the remake of the 1972 original; a role that should suit him perfectly.
To be directed by Dennis Iliadis, Last House on the Left revolves around a couple, on vacation at their lakeshore house, who inadvertently gives shelter to the sociopaths who have just assaulted and nearly killed their daughter. After discovering the truth, they exact revenge on the attackers.
Dillahunt joins Rhys Coiro, Martha MacIsaac and Riki Lindhome, who are also gearing up for the production's start date this March. While the names might not sound all that familiar, Entourage fans might remember Coiro as the neurotic director Billy Walsh.
Dillahunt can next be seen in Paul Schneider's Pretty Bird.
