Venom
Since I agree with many others on how Spider-Man 3 should have had the working title of Turd Sandwich, it only makes sense to give some of the characters featured in the 'final' installment another chance.
Likely the most important villain in the Spider-Man universe, Venom didn't get the er, love he deserved. Not that Topher Grace was bad - it was just that the material blew donkey balls.
With that put into consideration, it looks like Venom will get a second shot at the bigscreen.
Venom Coming Again?
The good people at IESB have learned from an inside source that Venom will be getting his own spin-off movie.
But Venom fans rejoice, Marvel is moving forward with a new stand alone film, yep you heard right, Venom is coming back to the big screen.
We've confirmed that "the studio" has met recently with several "A list writers" about a spin-off film.
The only thing that confuses me about the report is that there is still speculation on which studio owns the rights to the character. How can we have any claim on a film being made if we still don't know what studio could be making it?
