I know I ask this in just about every update on Hayden Panettiere, but is she of legal age yet? With the thoughts that go through my mind while watching her run around in the cheerleader outfit in Heroes, I can only hope. (Don't worry, she is)
Though she is considered adult, Hayden remains in her teens, allowing her to star in Daydream Nation, a teenage comedy to be written and directed by Michael Goldbach.

With a $10 million budget, the next move is to pick up a young actor to star opposite Panettiere. Kieran Culkin is in negotiations to play her oblivious boyfriend.
Besides Heroes, Hayden has a couple films coming our way over the next two years including Fireflies in the Garden and I Love You, Beth Cooper.
