Being deceased on LOST left Dominic Monaghan with a ton of leisure time on his hands. Too bad too, as Claire (Emilie de Ravin) was hot. Convinced that projects involving mind games is for him, Monaghan has signed up for Edna McCallion's psychological thriller Pet.

Monaghan will play Seth, a man who bumps into his old high school crush and quickly becomes obsessed with her. He takes her captive underneath the animal shelter where he works but soon suspects that his old flame is not who she seems to be.
Though his character died during the Season Three finale of LOST, his ghost decided to make a visit during the premiere of the show's fourth season. Will he be making any more appearances? Hard to say, but I can't imagine such a cameo-like role taking up too much time.
Pet is expected to begin filming in the next few months.
Monaghan can next be seen in theaters with I Sell the Dead.
