Gambit
It looks like Gambit will finally make his way into an X-Men movie. Yeah yeah, I know we at least get to see his name in X-Men 2: X-Men United, but that only teaser us for something that never came. X-Men Origins: Wolverine will be using the character and it looks like Marvel has found who they'd like to play the character.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine Gets Gambit
The good people at SuperHeroHype have learned from their forums that Taylor Kitsch has been picked up to play Gambit in Wolverine. Anybody who watches Friday Night Lights should recognize the actor.
Leading up to the events of X-Men, Wolverine tells the story of Wolverine's epically violent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the ominous Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine opens to theaters on May 1st.
