Sweet relief! A while back we were told that New Line might be censoring Semi-Pro in order to achieve a PG-13 rating. We've all seen the red band trailer and having to censor this film to something that can be seen by more just wouldn't have worked. Fortunately it looks like New Line came to their senses, as the MPAA has recently announced that the film will be rated R.

MPAA Decision: Semi-Pro
As released by the MPAA, Semi-Pro has been rated R for 'Language and Some Sexual Content'.
What I don't see is 'nudity' on the reasons why the film is rated R, which makes me wonder if there will be any boob-flashing at all.
Boo!
