Anybody remember when LOST used to be a Wednesday night show? Well I do, and think it was American Idol that forced the show to switch days; or was it timeslots?
Well, ABC is doing it again and taking another risk with the show by moving it to 10PM (again).
Lost Moves to 10PM
Viewers shouldn't be too surprised by the move, as ABC has done this before during the third season of the show. Fortunately the fourth season has started off pretty strong (evident clues being forced in our faces), with the story working hard to keep us intrigued and not completely confused.
While the move does seem risky, ABC knows that the fourth season brings with it some die hard viewership, with many of the viewers being those who stuck it out since season one. Is a single hour going to faze them? Not likely.
Since I usually don't climb into bed until 2AM -- website work means surprisingly long hours -- the 10PM slot actually works better for me.
But how many others go to bed after midnight?
Update: I should probably mention that this shift in timeslot is not going to take place until April 24th, so don't start bitching just yet.
