While the (old) picture to the right gives this question no support, doesn't Dermot Mulroney look like he's been put through an age accelerator? Every time I see a new image of the actor it looks like he has aged another half decade; and I see a new photo of him every year! I don't know if it's the salt & pepper hair or what, but there's definitely something going on here.
While that remains food for thought, Mulroney has recently been cast to star in the organ-harvesting thriller Run for Her Life.

In Run for Her Life, Mulroney will play a district attorney whose daughter contracts a rare illness and needs new lungs. After discovering she's low on the official U.S. waiting list, he heads to Mexico to buy his way onto their list. But his ethical nature is put to the test when he has to choose between saving hundreds of children being killed for their organs or saving his daughter's life.
Baltasar Kormakur will direct the film off a script by Christian Escario (original screenplay) and John Claflin (rewrite).
