Justin Long's cool factor has come a long way since the era of Galaxy Quest. With films like Accepted, Waiting and most definitely Strange Wilderness showing his cool(er) side, the actor seems more capable of handling any genre. So, what's next? Not comedy?
Justin Long for Drag Me to Hell
Ghost House Pictures has picked up Justin Long to star opposite Alison Lohman -- who filled in for Ellen Page -- in Sam Raimi's Drag Me to Hell.
Co-written by Sam and his brother Ivan, Drag Me to Hell is a morality tale about the unwitting recipient of a supernatural curse. Long will play the boyfriend of Lohman's character.
Sam Raimi will direct, with production set to begin at the end of March in Los Angeles.
Universal Pictures has already agreed to distribute the film.
Justin Long was last seen opposite Bruce Willis in Live Free or Die Hard. He can next be seen in He's Just Not That Into You, the adaptation of the horrific book that has not allowed boyfriends and husbands around the globe to ever rest since its release. I know from (past) experience.
