Julian Bleach as The Mystic in The Fall
If you watched the 'magnificent' trailer for The Fall, then there is a good chance that you are either stoked on catching the film in theaters or are at least curious about checking it out some time or other. While we were originally told that the film would (finally) hit theaters this year in April, Roadside Attractions has announced that the film now has a finalized theatrical release set for May 9th. To celebrate - how about some new stills?
The Fall Arrives in May
Los Angeles, circa 1920's, a little immigrant girl (Catinca Untaru) finds herself in a hospital recovering from a fall. She strikes up a friendship with a bedridden man (Lee Pace) who captivates her with a whimsical story that removes her far from the hospital doldrums into the exotic landscapes of her imagination. Making sure he keeps the girl interested in the story he interweaves her family and people she likes from the hospital into his tale.
