Isn't there a rule about indie films having too much talent? No? Well, if there were, it certainly wouldn't apply to Wild Cherry, a Redwood Palms, Rampage Entertainment and Farpoint Films that has picked up Rob Schneider, Tania Raymonde, Kristin Cavallari, Rumer Willis and Ryan Merriman to star.

To be directed by Dana Lustig off a script by Chris Charney, Wild Cherry will feature Schneider as the father of a high school senior who's decided to lose her virginity to her boyfriend, the football's team kicker. But when she finds out the boyfriend's only interested in her for the sake of the team's "bang book," she and her best friends plan their revenge inspired by the Greek play "Lysistrata."
Production is set to begin May 7th.
Schneider can next be seen in Big Stan and You Don't Mess With the Zohan. He is currently finishing principal photography on The Chosen One.
