Paramount Pictures has acquired Steve Martin's From Zero to Sixty, a comedy pitch that will reteam the actor with his Father of the Bride co-star Diane Keaton.

Robert Simonds, who's onboard to produce, pitched Martin's idea to the studio last week, with Paramount immediately responding kindly to it. As expected, Martin and Keaton would play a couple in the comedy.
The film could enter production as early as this fall, just as long as Paramount quickly finds a writer.
Diane Keaton was last seen opposite Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes in Mad Money.
