Gainsbourg was originally set to play Kate Connor, the wife of human resistance hero John Connor, played by Christian Bale. The actress had to bow out because of scheduling conflicts with an upcoming French comedy.
Just in case you've been living in a cave in Bora Bora, production on Terminator Salvation is already well underway in New Mexico.
We last saw Bryce Dallas Howard rocking platinum blonde hair in Spider-Man 3. She will next appear in The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond.
