Though our official synopsis for Babylon A.D. remains short on the details, 20th Century Fox has released the first domestic but third worldwide trailer for the film and it is packed with crazy big-budget action.

After watching the trailer for Babylon A.D. I immediately ran over to Wikipedia to see what the supposed budget is for this film, as it looks like it must be huge. All the action is one thing, but all the action in a futuristic environment has got to be pricey. I assumed it would somewhere near $100 million, but the online encyclopedia claims that it closer to $60 million. Hmmm, whoever handled the film's budget must have been an accounting genius.
While I usually don't get geeked on Vin Diesel films, this one looks to have all the right elements.
