G.I. Joe Poster Sneaks to the Net!

It looks like Paramount sees a possible franchise in G.I. Joe. Doing what Disney did with Pirates of the Caribbean, it looks like the studio figured a more specific film title was in order. According to the first poster to surface over at the Cinema Expo in Amsterdam, the film will be titled G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.

The good people at film1 have posted a snapshot of a billboard that went up at the Cinema Expo in Amsterdam. Looks pretty rad if you ask me.

G.I. Joe opens to theaters on August 7th, 2009.
