Remaining close to the darker genres, Robin Williams has signed agreed to star in Darko Entertainment's dark comedy, World's Greatest Dad.
Robin Williams Named World's Greatest Dad
World's Greatest Dad centers on a single dad and high school teacher who finds his son dead after an apparent autoerotic accident. In an effort to give his son dignity in death, he pens a suicide note that is accidentally leaked to the student paper.
Dark comedy? This one could be broaching on uncomfortable.
Bobcat Goldthwait will direct off a screenplay he wrote. Goldthwait's writing credits include Shakes the Clown, Windy City Heat and Sleeping Dogs Lie.
