Punisher: War Zone
Now we're talking! Every action film shooting for either an 'R' or 'PG-13' rating has got to get in the habit of releasing red band trailers. One of the red band experts, Lionsgate, has furnished not only a red band up for Punisher: War Zone, but a second trailer as well. Just in case the boss or kiddies are behind you.
Trailer Alert: Punisher: War Zone
Waging his one-man war on the world of organized crime, ruthless vigilante-hero Frank Castle sets his sights on overeager mob boss Billy Russoti. After Russoti is left horribly disfigured by Castle, he sets out for vengeance under his new alias: Jigsaw. With the "Punisher Task Force" hot on his trail and the FBI unable to take Jigsaw in, Frank must stand up to the formidable army that Jigsaw has recruited before more of his evil deeds go unpunished.
Let me remind readers again that I adore Ray Stevenson. Having watched HBO's Rome repeatedly, I am obviously giving Punisher: War Zone some immediate bonus kudos for having him as the title character.
