Still enjoying the surprise success of Mamma Mia!, Meryl Streep is using her momentum to join an untitled romantic comedy for Universal Pictures.
Meryl Streep Gets Romantic with Nancy Meyers
To be directed by Nancy Meyers, the romantic comedy will have Streep play a female in a romantic triangle with two men. Meyers also wrote the screenplay.
For those of you who don't recognize the director, Meyers credits include Something's Gotta Give and The Holiday.
Marking her fourth film with Scott Rudin -- onboard to produce -- production is set to begin February.
Streep next stars with Philip Seymour Hoffman and Amy Adams in the John Patrick Shanley-directed Doubt, set for release on Dec. 12th.
