I guess Quentin Tarantino likes to keep his name in the rumor mill. With his name popping up over and over with the casting possibilities for Inglorious Bastards, the director is now churning out news over a remake of sorts.
Spears to Join Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
Think Britney Spears is on her last leg? Not if Quentin Tarantino has anything to say about it. According to Variety, Britney Spears has been approached by Tarantino to star in a remake of the cult-classic, Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
While the casting choice does sound awkward, the weblog does have one theory on why it works.
2) If true, she would be purrrrfect. Not only would the film re-vitalize Brit-Brit's career but Tarantino is a campy movie genius, not to mention visual poet.
Yeah, that, or she can end up more Mariah Carey (Glitter) than Stacy Ferguson (Planet Terror).
