Though the project has no title, it will soon have an impressive cast. Liam Neeson and Orlando Bloom have been picked up to co-star in an untitled film based on Bill Carter's book Fools Rush In. To make the cast more ensemble, Javier Bardem is currently in talks for a supporting role.

Fools Rush In is about Carter's personal experiences when lived and worked as an aid worker in Sarajevo during the bitter Balkans war siege that lasted 43 months.
Brazilian helmer Andrucha Waddington has been brought onboard to direct.
"I read the script, and the very human story and the very core of this film spoke to me very clearly," Bloom told reporters in Sarajevo. "This is a departure from the very big Hollywood productions."
The film is expected to enter production by the end of the year.
