Sorry for the homoerotic photo, but that's our stock photo of Ben Affleck. We're bringing it out just in time for Affleck to take the title role in Miramax's Mike Judge comedy Extract.

Ben Affleck is in negotiations to play an ambulance-chasing lawyer in the pic, which centers on a flower extract factory owner (Jason Bateman) who's dealing with workplace problems and a streak of bad luck, including his wife's affair with a gigolo.
Clifton Collins Jr. has also been cast for a role that sounds even more unlucky. Collins will play a factory worker who loses a body part in a freak accident and is now due for a huge settlement.
For that eye candy, Mila Kunis and Kristen Wiig have already boarded the project.
Mike Judge penned the screenplay.
Though Affleck's last significant onscreen role was way back in 2006 with Hollywoodland, the actor has two films in the can including State of Play and He's Just Not That Into You.
