“It's a new cast,” Green said. “It's a whole new, with the original theme song. It's gonna be awesome. It's gonna be awesome. And if they kill me off, I've got something [to go to].”
Surely, the 90210 people would be happy to have a cameo from David Silver. “Damn right. You kidding, I'll become the star of that show. I'll be directing and producing and writing.”

Actually, the new show has more of a connection to the original than even Green thought. “I just found out today that one of the lead characters is the girl that was my baby sister on the show. So something Silver is one of the characters. Awesome, right? You look the way I feel about it.”
