Michael Lembeck will direct Tooth Fairy off a script by Lowell Ganz, Babaloo Mandel, Joshua Sternin and Jeffrey Ventimilia.
In the film, Dwayne Johnson plays a minor league hockey player nicknamed the Tooth Fairy. Judd will play his girlfriend, a single mother of two kids.
